Our 1 day Yoga retreat , led by Vicky our talented Yoga instructor will start your day with a calming Yoga + Breathwork session on the beach at 9am, followed by an optional sea swim, you will then make your way to our award winning spa for your Thermal suite session, afterwards, you will enjoy a delicious lunch in JonJo’s overlooking the Sheephaven Bay.
