Shandon’s Self Care Sunday
Join us on our very first retreat on Sunday 30th July where you will combine the most supremely relaxing elements in one morning of soothing of self care. Arrive at 8am to Marble Hill Beach for Yoga and Breathwork by our Inhouse Yoga Instructor Vicky Toye. You can cool off with a dip in the sea afterwards if you wish.
