Fused Glass Coaster Workshop – Wednesday 14th August– 12 – 2pm, €50, with Afternoon Tea €80  – 16 Spaces

This workshop is ideal for those who fancy a relaxing and peaceful few hours of creativity.

During the workshop you get to create 3 unique Fused Glass Flower Pot Stakes. These will be suitable for in or out door use.

Coloured glass pieces that can be cut and shaped to your own design.

Coloured frits (crushed glass in 2 grades – Fine and Course)

Stringers and Noodles (thin strands of glass)

Your work will then be fired in the kiln and ready for collection within 2 weeks.

Workshop will cover; –

Introduction to Colour Therapy,

Introduction to Fused Glass, Sheet, Frit, Stringers, Dots to embellish your work.

Equipment required to score and cut, nip your glass into the shapes you require.

You will get one 21cm x 12cm sheet of glass to cut into 3 stakes and then decorate / embellish

18 years+

Please ensure you Wear closed toe shoes, wear something comfortable and avoid anything that will drape in your work such as a long necklace or long flowing sleeves.
