Please be mindful when booking your treatments online your complimentary 90-minute thermal suite will be prior to your treatments except the 10am treatment slot.

Card details will be required to secure all bookings including those to be paid by gift voucher. If you are paying by gift voucher, please remember to bring it with you on the day and present it on arrival. Gift vouchers are non-refundable & no change will be given from a gift voucher.

In the case of no shows or cancellation on the day 100% will be applied, late cancellation 50% charge will be applied to the card details provided at the time of booking.

All spa cancellations must be in writing and emailed directly to spa@shandonhotelspa.com not to the hotel during spa opening hours, 9.30am – 5.30pm.

Please note, we do not offer deep tissue massage. Our massages are designed for relaxation and wellness.
